As the world turns beneath me, I feel no dread.
For you are engolfed in my mind.
As the world's events beseech me, I feel no dread.
For I have left it all behind.
My emotions are controlled when I collapse in your arms for my fears have been washed away.
As the world turns beneath me, I feel no harm.
For I know my treasure is here to stay.
As this world infuses its masquerades upon my shoulder, I feel no dread.
For you are my fortress, the place where I reside my head.
And as we turn inside this world, our motivation remains still in this love we've created, this love we feel.
