I stood by your side every
minute of the day
I was with you in every
possible way.
You said you loved me
You said you cared,
I continued to beleive
as far as I dared.
We got along great, our
time was slim.
And as time passed on
our love began to dim.
You strung me along
I stll waited for you.
I loved you then and I still do
As days passed by we driffted apart
Your not with me know but still in my heart
you may not want to hear me say
that you are with me forever and a day
