I had this dream
Once upon a time
And long ago
I fell in love with a guy
Who made my heart glow

Our love was forbidden
He was sentenced to die
I watched as he suffered
My heart filled with pain
And I began to cry
The dream ended

Years later I met a guy
We locked stares, eye to eye
I fell in love
With the way he looked at me
He was the one, we were meant to be

Nothing happened for a while
Months had past
I was going to give up my feelings for him
When at last I relized that he was the guy
from my dream, I'm sure, I know
That's why I still love him
I can't let go
Because we were once in love
Once upon a time
And long ago
