News: I just added a Twitter mod. Everytime someone posts a poem it will be added to the Justourlove poem feed.
The board has also gone mobile. If you have a web phone like a Blackberry or iPhone all you have to do is type in the url to the board. Http://www.justourlove.com/poetry and you can view and post just like normal.

This area is for questions pertaining to the mechanics of JoL. How to post poems, how to register etc. Please post here if you are getting errors or other problems.
Bloopers and Firsts
JoL's funniest love bloopers and firsts. Ask questions like "When was your first kiss" or "What was your most embarrassing dating moment".
Polls and Voting
This area is for polls and is the only place polls are allowed on the board. Polls are fun to find out what members think. Like "Who's the Mole" or Favorite kinds of music.
General Love Poetry
Put poetry in here that doesnt exactly fall into the other love poetry areas. Or if you are not sure where your poem should go, here will work. If I think it should go to a different cat I will move it for you.
Regular Poetry
Regular poems about friendships, odes to Mom, Memorials or Hoildays should be added here. This area is ONLY for poetry that is NON love related.

Dark Poetry
Got poems about death or dark and gothic poetry? Maybe some that has bad words, but does'nt fit into the other areas? Put it here, anything goes.
Theme and Holiday Poetry
This area is for theme poetry and holiday poetry. What I mean by theme is poetry for a certain event like September 11th or verses for a wedding. Holiday poetry is for Christmas, Halloween etc.
Different Poetry Styles
This is the new area for different styles of poetry. Here we will learn and try out many new (maybe not for some) forms of poetry. Including, but not limited to Haikus, Cinquain, Acrostic and Limericks.
Challenges
In this area I would like to see members challenging other members to a particular type/style and or subject poem(s) Then possibly the poems could be moved to contests and voted on by other members.
Critiques
This part of the board would be for poems that you need help with or poems that you would like lightly critiqued by other members. Critique means a serious examination and judgment so be aware that replys may not be full of nice words
Non-Fiction Stories
I know there are some budding novelists out there just waiting to make their debut! All types of stories are to be added here as long as they are true. Love, war or scary it doesnt matter we just want to read!
